Perfect location! The view of the Bay was beautiful even tho it was a bit foggy in the morning.
I wish the pool was heated. But the kids still went swimming. We got Valet parking and they must have been low on people cause I observed my SUV alone in the front unlocked. Not supervised.
The location is awesome, the nightly rate was unbeatable!
The $10 fee for self parking is extreme for Corpus Christi, although the hotel is downtown the downtown is deserted and parking is not an issue like in larger cities. The parking garage looked as if no one had cleaned it in quite some time.
It looks very new. Rooms are spacious and very comfortable, with ocean view, which I was not expected for the price I paid. I just stayed 1 night, so I didn't enjoy the amenities. but everything looked very nice and very well maintained.
The air condition was not working. It was just blowing cool air, and in February you need some heat. However after trying to increase temperature and wait... I finally turned it off and slept well afterwards.
Location. Could easily toss a stone in the bay from my room (if the balcony door opened)
Suprise! $10 extra a day for parking! Charged twice for room service delivery.A typical upscale hotel, room is very nice with a great location, but no comps other than free SLOW wifi. And as I noted before, they charge for parking.
the view from the roomthis should be a 4star - everything was exceptional.
When I called reservations to ask for a high floor with a view they graciously accommodated.
I didn't realize it was $10 to park per day.The hotel is right on the bay with a nice view. It was recently renovated but not with the highest quality. The staff was excellent and very accommodating.
This was one of the old Omni Bayfront Hotels. It was a little older, and I think that is why Omni sold it. It is still a great hotel.
The staff is not great. The people behind the front desk are not very helpful. There were about 10 people in line, one person helping all of us, and two other hotel personnel just standing there doing nothing.
Had prescription medication stolen from my room. Housekeeping had to make a detailed search through my belongings and was very selective on what was taken. Never heard anything back from security about who or when keyed access was made to my room etc.Decent hotel and location but very lacking in the customer service area.
The location to the venue we were attending (Blue Man Group at America Bank Center). The staff was all very friendly and accommodating. Santos in the restaurant was fantastic!
The bathroom in the standard king room was ridiculously small.
