Pros:Great hotel with incredible art.
Cons:Operationally this hotel is not equipped to handle people. It's was sort of like they weren't expecting any guest to stay. Unprepared for arrivals, Departures, service etc. the front desk staff needs major training.
Pros:Absolutely everything! Amazing hotel and wonderful stuff.
