Salesman is a shyster....fast talker. I showed proof of insurance...he snuck it on my bill anyway. My overall Bill should've been around $113 but they billed me $470. They did give me $312 back eventually but I should get more back. I've called customer service, I've emailed three times, no one cares. Nothing but thieves in my opinion.2.0 Poor

First, their computer didn’t work at check-in. Then, it was a typical “bait and switch”. I reserved a “standard” size vehicle (advertised as a Chevy Malibu or similar) but got a Kia Soul, which I hate.The car wasn’t clean, the gas tank was only half full when got it. Never again with Dollar!Budget

You allowed me to book a pickup/drop off time that was at the end of that location’s normal working hours. They changed my pickup and drop off location. To the airport. The airport location completely changed my reserved vehicle type to something “not similar” and less fuel efficient.Cons:
Fulfill any one of the promises made in the reservation... changed pickup location, wrong car type, changed drop off location. Clerk was rather rude when I asked why I couldn’t have what I reserved.Avis

Car smelled of marijuana once it sat out in the sun. I called this in Day 1 after the car was sitting in the sun and the smell was overwhelming. As soon as I got through being on hold the representative told me they noted the smell to my account and then they hung up. I wanted to swap cars, but I did not have time to call back as I was travelling on business. Then when I returned the car they emailed me my receipt. Upon review of the receipt I was charged for a tank of gas when I had turned the car in with a full tank. Called the local number on my receipt ... Put on hold..... Then hold again for them to verify .... "They made a note and corporate would email me in 3 to 5 days, the charges are already in." So in a nutshell dirty car and overcharged.10.0 Wonderful

The new Nissan Pathfinder was the best rental car I've driven, great choice! I needed something bigger than a mid-size SUV, but I didn't want a big Tahoe or Suburban, so the Pathfinder was the perfect size and a wonderful leather interior. I'll be back hoping to get the same in the future!Cons:

Desk agent was knowledgeable, professional, and couteous with no pressure or upselling. Return check-in very quick and Return agent pointed out that since I filled up the tank which was higher that when I picked up the vehicle i would receive an adjustment at the "counter" so I was not over chargedCons:

I picked Payless because they said they were based at the terminal (Omaha) and the others mentioned a shuttle. Payless had a desk at the terminal but it was not staffed and instead had directions to the same shuttle as all of the others. Plus it is a bit of a pet peeve when customer service agents finish their conversation with each other before attending to the needs of the customer. Also I had asked for an extra hour on the rental to finish up my conference for which I was willing to pay the hourly rate of $5. They said if I was 1 minute over I would have to pay for an extra day. I left my conference early to get it there on time (3 minutes early). Instead of them getting a little extra for the hour, they got no extra, and they got one less customer for life over $5.AutoEurope
