Employees were pushing hard to sell me an upgrade that I didn't want. Then again with the insurance. It took longer than normal to go through the checkout process. I didn't have my credit card on me and used my debit card, which they required me to list references in order to accept it as payment (really?!). It was a $40 rental!2.0 Poor

Cons:
The location was 25 min and a $90 round trip cab ride to pick up. The enterprise at the airport was not willing to honor and the listing did not disclose that. We rented elsewhere but paid more here and that was for rightBudget

... But a strong odor of second-hand smoke made riding uncomfortable. Then again, since the air conditioning did not work below about 1,500 rpm, I had the windows down -- which kept the smoke odor at bay :-(7.2 Good

I really liked the availability of the rental and the ease of picking it up. It was a great, clean car.Cons:
I was pretty disappointed when I extended my rental drop off time by 24 hours and realized the amount of the charges. I inquired about the charges when I dropped it off and was told it was correct. I just really thought it was quite excessive.8.0 Very good
