They could have updated their system to not having any vehicles available! I secured a vehicle and then 2 hours later someone from hertz called me stating there were no vehicles in stock. And they looked around the area and nothing was available. Very frustrating and inconvenient. If I didnt answer the call while at work. I would have been driven to hertz and been left without a car.10.0 Wonderful

Tonya was professional and efficient. She was working alone on reservations, line had 5 people ahead and 5 behind. Everyone walked in together almost and she was getting people in and out. Thanks Tonya2.0 Poor

The car's exterior had not been washed when I picked it up. Also, when I dropped off the car I walked into the office and there was no one in the office or the lot for a full 10 minutes...very weird. No explanation offered. The Ford Focus seemed to have some transmission problems.Budget

When I eventually got a car, in Evanston, the service was good and the car was fine.Cons:
I came from VA to Chicago on Xmas day. I assumed the pickup location was near the airport (Ohare). When I got to the Budget office adjacent to Ohare, it turned out I was in the wrong location. I needed to get to another location 30 miles away which had already closed for the day, in fact they had closed before my flight arrived at 2pm. The Ohare office had no extra cars so I was without a rental car to use to get to my Xmas day dinner with relatives. I got a rental in Evanston the next day. Needless to say, this was a frustrating experience. Any thoughts on how to avoid a repeat of the problem in the future?2.0 Poor

No one showed up to the location to work that day. When I arrived there were several other customers that had been waiting for 2 hours for someone to arrive. Customer service was no help.9.6 Wonderful

The car looked clean but I had cleaning wipes and looks are deceiving. I used a half of container of the cleaning wipes and they was black after cleaning the car after I picked it up. The seats had some stains and brown stuff on them10.0 Wonderful

I did not like that the car that I chose was not available. This place has limited options. It took about 30-40minutes to get my car rental since they had to clean it. The car also did not have a full tank of gas. Recommend going to another place.10.0 Wonderful

They called me to confirm my rental after I booked it (a human), which was a very nice touch. The staff at the rental counter were extremely friendly and got me in and out quick on pick-up and again on return. Very grateful for excellent staff at the Enterprise in Oak Lawn, Illinois (SW Hwy)46 travelers who rented a car in Crestwood gave the car agency they used an average rating of 6.3
