I got a free upgrade to a nicer car and everyone was very nice that I interacted withCons:
The location that I selected for my rental car was closed. I received no notice of this. Only when I called to confirm my rental did they tell me to come to another location. I had to rearrange many plans to do so. This was a big error that would have been fixed either online or by letting me know beforehand.10.0 Wonderful
