Cons:
I did not rent. 1. The location was closed. I was sent to a different location and was told I could not leave my car on the property. I was not informed of any of this because they had no information except my name from the 3rd party reservation. It’s not totally enterprise’s mistake. They would have contacted me to inform me of the location change and the fact I could not leave my vehicle at their property.3.6 Poor

Pros:
The first time I rented from them was great. I returned 2 weeks later and had a terrible experience. The woman was extremely rude and refused to rent to me because I didn’t have a credit card only debit card. Then we were going to use my dads card who was with me and she said if we used his card I couldn’t drive because I’m his daughter not his spouse. We left and went to Hertz and had no problem.Cons:

Pros:
This was a new car and very quiet. Good gas milage but the trunk was a little small for 4 people and luggage.Cons:

The two gentleman at the office were so kind! I wish I could remember their names, Mauricio and omg I can't recall the other gentleman's name but he was super super nice! It had been pouring down raining and I hadn't had a chance to vacuum and they said don't worry... and I have a pre ker. Many many thanks!Cons:

Cons:
Got to pickup and because I registered in my husband name, since he would be main driver, but used my credit card we were unable to pickup. A big problem.
