We stayed two separate nights, Feb 15th and Feb 22nd. On the 15th, they were overbooked and we had to drive 12 miles away to another hotel for our rooms. On the 22nd, our rooms were upgraded, which was nice.
Its was a wonderful experience..I felt at home..
Norhing was wrong..
The worst night of sleep I've ever gotten in a hotel. I was on the 2nd floor of a 3 story building and someone was stomping around in room above the entire night. You would think that a person like that would be placed on the bottom floor, but think again
I love being a part of the community this hotel has. There are allot of the same people coming back or just not leaving and being here with my 2 preteens I like seeing the same people rather than total strangers. The staff are very friendly and helpful
The parking lot had alot of construction vehicles and large tools that were parked in spaces. So parking was depleted early in the day. Had to park on the other side of the building.
The Staff is ALWAYS willing to help no matter the issue. They are polite and always available when we need them.
it was a place to stay when I needed somewhere to sleep.
A very small room in need of renovations.the room was extremely small/compact, the rooms upkeep needed much improvement, from on the curtains that did not close completely, to the toilet handle that did not function properly, to the room cleaning staff having rather loud argument, to housekeeping carts blocking free movement to the rooms, this place is lower grade and bargain basement at best.
Love to be able to.cook
No toilet paper at front desk at night...and days of not having mich to eat at the brakfast.
Michelle the manager and Brian.
Jason the front clerk.
The room is cleaner and the front desk reception is nicer than expected after reading so many negative reviews.
