The receptionist was helpful, professional and apologetic about the problem (which was promptly dealt with) in our room. As well, the breakfast was very good, especially the coffee. The location of this hotel for those wishing to visit the Ostrog monastery would be hard to surpass.
The rooms could be improved in their next renovation. Better soundproofing (the hotel is located on a busy road), blackout curtains and better furniture would all improve the rooms.
Firstly i would like to say that this was the best hotel i have ever been in. The rooms were very neat. The housekeeping people there were like ninjas, it only took you a quick trip downstairs that you would come back to a fixed bed and a nice change of towels. The Restaurant downstairs had the best food i ever had. not only was their food good, but the prices were cheap and the portions were enormous! You are better off eating dinner there. Then buying food from somewhere else. Plus the free breakfast they serve is extremely delicious. The staff was the most amazing. The people were just so friendly, its ridiculous. They offered us rides and even helped us get our luggage when it got lost at the airport. The managers spoke English.
Only minor things: The internet was dropping constantly, we were on the second floor. The other is the location. There isnt much to do near the hotel and would require a 2 hour bus ride to the beaches and such. It is an isolated place.
This hotel is a good location for visiting Ostrog Monastery and other places in central Montenegro. It is easy to find on the main road between Podgorica and Niksic, and the nearby town of Danilovgrad was quiet and pleasant. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was modern, clean, and comfortable.
Staff very helpful and friendly. Very nice spot, although not much there. Meal from restaurant was HUGE, and delicious.
Older condition of hotel than I expected from the description.
Clean and comfortable. Pleasant and helpful staff.
Located on a fairly busy main road which was quite noisy. This is purely a place to stop en route to other parts of the country, as the hotel is pretty isolated and the only nearby town is pretty grim.
