Never got my car... When I got there standing at the counter my phone rings and it was a lady in the back then we don't have your car until 3 or 4 o'clock This is not the 1st time it happened 2 weeks ago And she called me the day before and tell me that we will see you at 11 o'clock10.0 Wonderful

The customer service was excellent! We talked with Theresa and Hope and they were so nice and helpful and overall genuine! We vehicle we got was in perfect condition and we had no issues with it on our trip. We really loved our time with enterprise and will be returning customers.9.2 Wonderful

They eventually took care of us and we loved the truck we got.Cons:
We made 3 different reservations. They only had one of them. They didnt have our car at our pick up time. They were going to give us a van which they then gave to someone else. Then they didnt have a car for us at all and we had to go to a different location just to get one. Which was a truck. We had to spend almost the whole price of the rental on gas just to get it back to full. Wouldnt have had to do that if we got the car we requestedHertz

No staff at the office. The office was closed due to weather. But the weather was great that day. I took a $30 uber to Hertz be stranded. Worst experience ever!Cons:

Good value Hyundai Sonata was nice vehicle Comfortable to drive Easy to reserve using KayakCons:
Charged and extra day when I was about 30 minutes past return time. Picked up vehicle and you could tell they tried to cover up a smoking smell. Especially bad in trunk.10.0 Wonderful

car was an upgrade from what I originally ordered and I had to add a day to the rental...I was allowed to do that at the same discounted rate as original order! Great to hear!Cons:
Fortunately, I had a corporate # code because I only had a debit card to use.. Would be great if debit card was acceptable once credit check is passed.2.0 Poor

Cons:
I paid for the car reservation online where it asked me my age multiple times. I went to pick it up weeks later. They let me pay for it online but I was under 25 so they couldn't accept my payment for the deposit and if I did pay cash it would more than double the price of the car. There was no age limit on the site. The only thing it said was had to be 21. I was late for my trip, have no money to use on vacation be cause I had to find an alternate was to get there, and have to wait 10 days for a refund!!Ace
