The location was great. The front desk staff were very nice we arrived in Deadwood earlier in the afternoon than we expected they let us check in earlier. This hotel has the casino and eating places all in one which makes it very convenient.
Location was nice. Parking was convenient. Every staff member we ran into was very professional, pleasant, and accommodating.
Breakfast room was small and crowded.
clean, nice staff
Our bed was way to soft, especially for a handicap accessible room
The staff was VERY friendly and helpful! The bed was so comfortable and cozy and my son loved that he could play his Xbox one on your HD tv
The only complaint I have is the bathroom door didnt lock it seemed to be broken and there wasnt a fan in the bathroom. Otherwise the room was perfect!
The free hot breakfast was amazing it had so many choices!
The parking for the hotel didn't seem to have any surveillance of any kind and just anyone could park there.
Staff was welcoming and friendly. Location was close to most everything including skiing. The hotel was non-smoking. Quiet rooms. Very comfortable beds.
Snow banks in parking lot limited space availability.
I loved the location on the edge of downtown Deadwood. Casino downstairs, an amazing complementary breakfast area.
The parking was ok, but could be better accommodation. It's across the street, with a gravel ground.
We were amazed by how friendly and helpful the staff were. Got a very restful night's sleep before our long journey home to Calif next day.
Price was great for the quality
rooms were very nice, very clean. bathrooms was spotless, and the shower head was high enough for taller people. shower walls were marble. bed was very soft, and the room darkening blinds were a plus,
