Pros:
Staff was friendly & helpful. Agent didn't have the exact car I reserved but gave a modest upgrade for same price. His manager tried to step in & upgrade me on some "don't you want to be a baller in that Infiniti" nonsense, but the agent more or less ignored him and did not pressure me at all.Cons:
Get the manager to not be so obvious about trying to persuade people to upgrade, especially when you haven't interacted with a customer to read his energy. Otherwise, excellent experience.Budget

Customer service agents in office were pleasant but they are overworked. The same people who check in/out cars are thrbknes who have to clean/service cars had issue with car but they were very accommodating.Cons:
Car was filthy. No wiper fluid. Wiper blades did not even touch window. Try driving in snow like that.2.0 Poor

ASKED LONG AHEAD OF TIME FOR AN SUV WITH AN AUTOMATIC LIFT GATE AND PROMISED TO ME ON THE PHONE AND THEN NOT AVAILABLE!!!!!!!!!
