Got an unexpected upgrade because the type I rented wasn't available. Vehicle was in excellent condition. Lenience with dropoff time is a good policy.Cons:
Car rentals are expensive, period; not my favorite way to spend money. Not a fan of the hard sell on extra unnecessary insurance; my ability with risk assessment is better than that.10.0 Wonderful

Pros:
Tyler was the most pleasant and professional rental car agent I've EVER encountered. So personable, professional and accommodating. He also had great follow up and memory when I called to ask him a question. Honestly, Enterprise would be foolish to not pay attention or not advance this employee. I'd rent again from Enterprise just because of Tyler and what a great brand ambassador he was!10.0 Wonderful

When I got to the rental desk I was told my reservation had been canceled due to being 20 minutes late. I had no choice but to pay a higher price for another car. Also asked about adding my wife on the contract and was told it was $13 a day and I came to find out that's not true.5.6 Fair
