The room was superb, amenities complete, dinner was excellent, but $15.00 for a glass of wine?? Price line gave me a chance to stay in a place I couldn't afford.
Wine Steward's accent, ordered a premium wine without knowing it.If I could afford to I would stay there again!
The hotel offered clean rooms that were well decorated and well appointed. The room I stayed in was quiet and well laid out. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was pretty busy when I checked in, but overall it was a pleasant experience
spacious lobby and high quality of restaurant food
facilities-cool air from the heater tub drain does not work
Internet connection/wifi is not free and pretty expensive
The room was large and everything was clean
Pool was rented out to people teaching swimming to small children, this was a distraction when we wanted to have a relaxing swim
Nice big open public spaces and properly staffed reception desk. Greeted right away... went downhill from there. Nice TV.
The attitude of Anna upon my check once she saw that I was priceline customer. She stated the room was prepaid, but the funds were not there... never had that happen before. She muddled around on the computer for a few minutes and finally said it was ok.Not the best location. Close to a major highway but a good distance from any shopping or nice restaurants. The room was a joke. a pull down bed, single lumpy uncomfortable mattress. It also had a second room with a full size table and 6 chairs... Absolutely useless for my needs. But this had to be Hyatt treating a priceline customer like crap. Again at Check-in. It would appear that all the extra check in typing was Anna switching my room around to the crappiest room they had. All the way in the back of the hotel, near the stairwell, with a single pull down bed. Very lumpy. The ...
clean, luxurious, elegant, very roomy, lots of amenities- both private and public
everything was perfect
The rooms were huge. Very elegant and helpful.
The bathrooms are a little outdated. The door was splitting, no fans, older shower curtain
Beautiful lobby, wished I could have spent more time there. Room layout was good, nice space to sit and read and relax, rather than just a bed and a desk.
No free wifi. Free wifi is getting to be a standard offering.
