Pros:
Bad service most unreliable in honoring reservations. On the evening of 5/22/2021 at approximately 1 pm , I was informed, the vehicle would not be available for pick up on 5/22/2021 @ 8 pm , instead I could pick it up on the following day @ 7 am. My reservation was for a pick up truck, they were offering me a mid sized SUV which would not serve my purpose. It caused me delay and inconvenience and additional expenses renting from another company for a pick up truck at short notice.Cons:

The cars speakers were messed up, the light for the clock and stereo system didn’t work, there was no back up camera. Most of all the steel light bugged me as I couldn’t see anything on there and then on the last day the light appears! So dumb10.0 Wonderful

The rental counter at the Bakersfield airport told me they had no cars available, however, two other people in the airport came up and told me they had been told the same thing but if you sat down and made an online reservation there would miraculously be cars. I tried this and sure enough, I drove off in a car. The laziness of the customer service agents to turn away customers is astonishing. The car I received was not the model I had booked and it had not been cleaned in quite awhile. The inside windshield was so dirty it was hard to see through at night and in the rain.Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Pros:
My son lives in Ridgecrest, two hours away. Traveling by yourself is stressful enough, so I like the convenience that Enterprise is right in the terminal. As a women driving by myself, it gives me such peace of mind that I will arrive safely. The cars have always been clean, new and ran perfectly. I will continue to use them and Kayak for my travel needs.Cons:

They never told me to bring a credit card to pay for the rental. I have a debit/ master card and I couldn’t pay for the rental with this card. I had to drive 25 minutes back to may house to get my credit card. This was very inconvenient. All they need to state on the agreement or reservation would be “only credit cards accepted for rentals” “ no debit/ credit cards accepted”. No where did it state this.8.4 Very good
