The beds felt okay. The room size were fine. The value wasn't bad, you get what you pay for.
Their breakfast was so little and crappy that it definitely was not worth the 3 dollars a person they were trying to get. The tv sucked, more than half of the channels didn't work. You could hear the people in the next room. House keeping went through our stuff. One of their elevators sounded horrible, like it was going to crap out at any moment and the other one sounded a little bit better but we still took the stairs a lot. I think they spend more money trying to look like a good hotel then actually fixing everything and being a good hotel.
Nothing. This hotel is disgusting.
The staff was rude. The website says there are roll away beds available which is untrue. The beds were all sunken in. The comforters were gross and the sheets were scratchy. When i woke up I started feeling itchy only to realize later that I'd been bit multiple times by bed bugs. This was my worst hotel experience ever. I am trying to get a refund.
I liked that my refrigerated worked good.
The first room they put me in had broken air conditioning didn't realise that till we were unpacked. Then after 2 days of being mad about that they finally gave us a different room where the cable television didn't work. But finally the next day they came & fixed that .The breakfast was terrible cause the food was stale & old .Housekeeping is very rude.
Well the smoke alarm was hanging off the wall and for a NON smoking floor i could snell tobacco all night and the bathtub didnt drain priperly itines it and it took 35 minutes for a 10minute shower to drain but i guess thats normal considering there was FReakINg BlOOd splatter ALl over the outside bathroom DOOR i wouldve complained to get a discount or my money back but i know kayak and hotels have a bunch of policy rhetoric bullshit to free themselves from ever giving money back so ill just nver stay atthat place againfor what i was charged it was NOt worth it in any way shape or form and YES i recorded videos of the disgusting room and i will be posting them on my Youthbe channel :)
The location was where I needed to be, but I will never stay there again because it was awful.
Our room was on the 3rd floor. As we walked down the hallway there was a skunk-like odor. The internet went in and out and worked so poorly it couldn't be used. The hotel clerk said it depends on how many people are staying there and using the internet. It's known for being very, very slow. The TV had dark edges around the screen and couldn't be adjusted and then stopped working. The shower water flow was very low because half of it was coming out the faucet in the tub. We were short towels. The place felt unclean. And then there was a cockroach on the kitchen counter. It was about 4 hours into our stay and we just wanted to leave and get our money back. I wanted a full refund, but would settle for a portion. No way. The hotel clerk would only switch rooms and if we ran into internet problems again or a cockroach or anything else unpleasant, it was our problem. My daughter and I chose to leave. I'm working on trying to get our $60 back. I can handle conditions like this when I'm backpacking through Asia and paying under $8 U.S. dollars. But it's not what I was paying for to stay in Denver, Colorado. Book somewhere else.
Dirty! Terrible experience. I felt unsafe
The place was filthy, old, dingy and stunk. The a/c in our room didn't work and they were happy to give us another. But both rooms were had very old furnishings, and bedding and were not clean. After deciding that we couldn't sleep even for one night in this disgusting place, we were told that they would not refund our money because it was over 30 minutes since we checked in. (It had been about 50 minutes). I would not recommend anyone try to book here.
We got the key, drove to our room, drove right back to the desk and checked out (didn't even bother trying for a refund). This is the kind of place that people live in when they can't qualify for an apartment. There were sheets hanging in windows that had duct tape over cracks, small crowds of unsavory people hanging out by the parking lot and the looks that we got were those of predators waiting on their prey to fall asleep. I didn't expect much for the price, but I didn't expect to be afraid or disgusted.
It was cheap
Cockroaches in bathroom Blanket was covered in cigarette burns Entire hotel smelled like urine Water was randomly turned off one morning
