Staff friendly, bathrooms clean, and can get anywhere from this location. One Elevator broken frist day but it was fixed fast. Let us check in early!
Hot tub broken, coffee maker in room broken, no smoking area on other floors. Breakfast can be servered in tiny dining area.
The breakfast was awesome!! Everything was great!
The hotel was hard to get to because of construction!
Ladies at the front desk was helpful, the breakfast buffet was very good and the staff there was very helpful to us. The room was very clean.
The location was convenient once you found it. It would be helpful if they had a bigger sign on Grant street. They could use some work in the rooms like painting in the one we were in. IT was clean.
This hotel was absolutely terrible! We were supposed to stay 4 nights but only stayed 1. It is an old, dirty outdated hotel. I had a huge water stain on the ceiling above my bed, hole in the bathroom door, lamp shade was broken, went to put towel on the rack and it fell down, stains on the carpet, disgusting bathroom I could go on and on. People at hotel we ended up staying the rest of the time said they hear about them all the time. Trust me don't stay here you can find a much much nicer hotel for about the same price!
The location was convenient. One of the ladies at the front desk was helpful. the other was painfully unfriendly.
Everything. There were burn marks from an iron on the sofa, stains on the top of the drapes, the furniture was worn out, there was a distinct smell of sewer gas in one end of the first floor hall, my room faced the interstate, the breakfast buffet looked a mess.... Just stay somewhere else. This place needs a major refurb.
