Pros (+) The room was clean and comfortable. Coffee maker and fridge but no microwave. Convenient AC and USB outlets by bedside. Comfortable bed and ample heat.
Cons (-) You won't get warm fuzzies with some of the staff who were somewhat curt and perfunctory. Other staff were friendly and helpful.
