The overall décor of the hotel. The staff is extremely friendly!!!!
The room was comfortable and very attractive. The bathroom was quite nice.
No free internet unless you joined Starwoods and when I did I got an email confirmation in Arabic! Which freaked me out. The desk staff said they didn't know what to do and maybe it was some problem with my email. I pointed out it was only the one from Starwoods. The breakfast staff were very attentive, but the meal was overpriced for the quality.
Very clean, easy check in, nice room.
No breakfast and have to pay for Wi-fi
Our family enjoyed our stay on the 23rd floor of the hotel. The pool was warm and the beds were comfortable. Great room for the price!
A fabulous place to stay! Hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who needs to be treated like royalty, from the time you park your vehicle until you depart. A+ hotel all around!
Awesome location, great service, and our room was perfect.
we stayed there to celebrate out engagement. they upgraded us to a top floor executive suite for free. Great staff.
Check in was at 3 and we arrived after 4. Our room wasn't ready. They took my number and said they would call us when it was ready. They never called. When we returned later to get our room, they gave us keys to a room that was occupied. We found out by walking into the room. The staff didn't seem to understand why I was upset.
Had to pay for bottled water left in room. No refrigerator. Had to pay to get one. No vending machine after stores closed.
Every staff member we met was very welcoming and helpful.
Large bathroom and room. Great staff and amazing pillows. Short walk to Comerica Park and Lafayette Coney Island is across the street.
Parking is on the steep side, but expected for a large city. ($15-$30)
The Book Cadillac is very well placed and proved to be a value beyond my expectations. I am not of impressive means, but I was treated as though I was as special a guest as any other. I will most definitely be staying at the Book again!
