The car was nice and clean.Cons:
While the car was fine, the poor rating is for the lack of customer service that I experienced. The staff was (in particular Javier) is rude and very Unaccommodating. They made everything difficult for me as a customer. Every question or request was confrontational and was a “no” response. In the future, I will make sure to avoid Budget/Avis Diamond Bar for my rental needs. They have a 1 and a half star on Yelp, and I can totally understand why. Avoid Budget and Javier at all costs.Avis

The car was not in great condition. I had to wait 1 hour and 35 minutes to receive my car because they were slow and the car was not washed. The car was running well. Upon return we waiting over 20 minutes then handed the keys to them because they were "too busy."KX Car Rental
