It was very dirty and outdated. The pictures from the website are very old or from a different hotel. It was very SCARY place to stay in. The doors going to the common areaThis was a very bad experience. The 1st room I was in has a thin back door that was 2 or 3 feet from the hot tub. People were talking very load to talk over the sound of the hot tub. They moved me to were the back door of the room was in a common area. A big room were the must have had conferences and have breakfast. The back door had been broken at one time by the lock and was very thin. Dickenson has a lot of crime because it is so close to the oil fields. This was not a safe situation and was very uncomfortable to try to sleep. I believe that both your company and my self have been tricked by the pictures they posted. These are very old or from a different Quality Inn. The rooms were not clean and did not look at all like your website.
Great breakfast, and I enjoyed the pool.
The hallways smelled like cigarettesOverall this was a good motel, it has a interesting set up with a large pool and room in the middle. It is by some restaurants and gas stations.
Mini fridge and microwave in room
Check in staff was unfriendly, key card stopped working, was locked out of room because I wasn't informed that the door to my room that exits to the pool doesn't work due to humidity.Room was cheap compared to the others in the area... but if that's the case, I'd rather skip Dickinson all together. Although it had good amenities, the room was a bit dingy. The staff don't seem to have been coached on customer service; the lady who checked me in seemed unfriendly and unwelcoming. Later, when I was having trouble with my key card, I went to the front desk. Two staff members were present, one helping the only other guest in the room, the other just standing around, not thinking to ask if I needed to be helped. She needed to take the chain off of my door from the outside, and didn't seem knowledgeable on how to use what seems a simple, straightforward tool of the hotel industry (even after I tried to suggest how to use...
Room had an old tv and no channels, bathroom was gross
Close to lots of restaurants,shopping,highway,etc.
Not enough power (AC) outlets in room. Room a little beat-up & tired. T.V. did not work the 2nd night & front desk did not care or offer any credit either.Overall probably a 7.5 to 8.0. Not sure if I wwould stay there again--not very impressed.
Clean rooms nice experience.
not a bad place to stay if passing through.na

water in pool to coolgood breakfast was good
Good breakfast. Nice pool with water slide.
Hotel needs upgrade. Room not clean. Bathroom tiles had mildew. Air conditioning was not cool. Long wait for checking in... Only one staff at front desk reception. The only attraction to this hotel was the pool and breakfast.
air conditioning worked; very good buffet breakfast
very dirty hotel; very very old fixtures with paint peeling and dangerous electrical connections. the carpeting was dirty. The room had 3 missing light bulbsThis cannot be a 2 star hotel; I have stayed in one star hotels that at least have updated the light fixtures in the last 10 years. It needs updating in almost every way. I told the staff that there were light bulbs missing; they could not find the maintenance staff, so they moved me to a different room, and that room also had a missing light bulb. Both the rooms I was in had a very musty, moldy smell. The food at the breakfast buffet in the morning was very good. I paid alot of money, considering this is Priceline, and I expected much more for the dollar that I paid. There are alot of new hotels in the city, I assume because of the oil industry, and people will not be staying in this hotel if it is not updated soon.
