A friendly and convenient base from which to search for a now-defunct hotel I stayed in as a child in 1954!
Didn't dislike anything
comfortable beds, clean and functionning facilities, good breakfast, easy access to town, not too noisy
pity no parking, pity no hospitality tray (tea and coffee), would like real soap.
Booking.com said there was private parking that is why we booked but we were told on arrival that there wa not. A little disappointing.
The location just across from the main beach is perfect and it is handy for the shops and local restaurants.
close to beach and all amenities. good value for money.
central location (though far from ferry station, 10 min walk), big rooms
uncomfortable beds (they move when you move), dark in the corridors
Hotel location is excellent -just 50 metres from main beach. Rooms were small but clean and sea view was good.
Hotel needed lots of tlc but could be great. Breakfast was expensive and lacked value and choice. Proprietor did not really build up any rapport, or show us the hotels rooms or its facilities or discuss the general ammenities within the resort.
100 yrds from beach, comfortable room, 24 hrs come & go.
no coffee/tea making facilities in rooms (minor niggle)
Great position and lovely outdoor patio area
Its location close to the beach
Breakfast was expensive
