Pros:First time w dollar. No one told us about a $100 "cleaning fee" . Never got that from hertz, alamo, national or enterprise or any other rental service. I would have had it cleaned. Also, why was I charged airport taxes when I did not fly in or out. Now I am on hold for 18 minutes waiting to address these unexpected charges.Cons:Sneaky, they hit me with several unexpected charges after the return which I have never had an issue with when renting from any other company. $100 cleaning fee? Needed some vacuuming otherwise the vehicle was the same returned as picked up. You may spend hours on the phone before any answer when you call to ask why a non flyer was charged airport taxes. Take the time at the counter to get a final cost BUYER BEWARE!Reviewed May 24 2021

Cons:Carrentals.com hacked into this transaction, gave me a reservation to the wrong airport, did not make a reservation with Dollar car rental and refused to refund my money. I'm forced to go through my bank to FORCE A REFUND. I WILL NEVER USE KAYAK againReviewed Apr 26 2021

Pros:The car was great, we didn’t need anything special. It was a great price, good on gas, smooth driving, and the process of pick up/drop off was an ease.Cons:I would go over any current dents/aesthetic damages already on the car prior to the renters taking the car off the lot.Reviewed Mar 29 2021

Cons:Car was a good one but dollar terrible, said someone canceled my reservation so they charged me the current rate which was exorbitant. Car smelled strong smoke and they wouldn't let me change it or upgrade. Said nothing available but I saw several in their lot.Reviewed Jan 29 2021

Pros:It is a small airport so there was no issue getting between the rental desk and the car. The car was fine and it was only hired for a single day so there were no issues at all.Cons:I was disappointed that I couldn't use the satellite navigation facility; these days this ought to come as part of the price of the hire for larger cars.Reviewed Feb 3 2020
