Pros:Staff was super friendly even after late hours, quick check in and check out.Cons:The car stunk like cigarettes. I got a migraine immediately. After buying a car refresher it was better. Maybe clean it up a little for the next customer.Reviewed Mar 31 2021

Pros:I was told at the counter that the rate that I had booked at was $100 more. I showed them my booking confirmation and the rate but was told that this was not enough for them to make the adjustment. I was then told to prove to them what the weekly rate was. So I walked over to Alamo car rental and booked instead. Dollar rental didn’t seem like they wanted my business so I went elsewhere.Cons:Better cost break down in the email confirmation.Reviewed Jan 5 2020

Pros:It was all good.Cons:I couldn’t get the seat back to a comfortable position. Could just be me. I had a pillow with me to put behind me so it worked for what I needed. But it would have become unbearable if I’d had to sit in it for longer than an hour.Reviewed Jun 10 2018

Advertised price was too good to be truePros:The car was clean and pick up and drop off was easy.Cons:I reserved a car for a certain price. Then went in and was not aware of all the additional fees. Expect to pay double because of fees (including the insurance and gas to fill up the tank before returning). Not cheap. Name doesn't match its services.
