Beware choosing the "managers choice"! When I arrived all they had for me was an electric vehicle. I told them I couldn't take that, because I was driving to a more remote area and wouldn't be able to charge it. They told me i had picked the "managers choice" and a gas vehicle would require a $50 (50%) upgrade. I quickly switched and went to their competitor at Avis/budget for a much better experience.Reviewed Jan 15 2024

Cons:I gave them my driver's license a copy and a confirmation of the rental agreement and a my credit card. The girl kept asking me for the confirmation on my cell phone. I showed her what I had but I gave her the printout of the confirmation they would not rent me the car. I prepaid for this car and did not receive the car.Reviewed Apr 13 2021
