Cons:
Pickup took over an hour. Not the vehicle I requested. After pickup vehicle had maintence light on dash and brake rotors warped causing vibration when stopping on highway. Overhead console cubby door broken, hanging down. Expected better from Hertz10.0 Wonderful

For some reason my credit card wouldn't work in your machine and it couldn't be entered into the system manually. I reserved the car with that card and so had to use it. Luckily, my husband was there with his card of the same number. Being able to manually enter the number would have been very hel2.0 Poor

It took longer than expected to get the car. There was a line. Very busy place it seems. Gas tank was empty at pick up, but they marked it empty, and said they'd credit back some $$ if there was gas in tank at return. Options were very minimal. Upgraded, but there was only one option10.0 Wonderful

I loved not having to go to the airport to pick the car up, it was very convenient and easy to check out. We rented a Yukon and it was great. Excellent rate, comfortable everything went just like we planned.Cons:

Two complaints: 1. We arrived 30 minutes before our scheduled rental pickup. Was told that we would have to wait 1/2 hour or they would charge us for an extra day. Went back in 10 minutes before the scheduled pick up time and asked if we could pick up yet. She said "Yes. We allow a 30 minute window without charging an extra day." So, we could have received it the first time we came in!!! 2. Rented a compact SUV (description said similar to Toyota Rav4). We received a Jeep Renegade. It got TERRIBLE gas mileage. After being on the road for 30 minutes, the gauge was already down 1/4 tank! Ridiculous!!! Please use cars that get better gas mileage.Budget

I have been to this location many times and each time I have been given extremally poor service by the same guy. After making my reservation a week in advance I came in to get my rental and was told that no cars were available and all that he had was a mini -van. He made no effort to accommodate my request and basically told me I could take it or leave it. This guy is horrible, and I will not be renting cars from Budget ever again. Budget needs to look into the type of people they have working for them as well as how they do business. Because I travel most of the year, moving forward I will be sure to let anyone know that ask me about car rental to stay away from this location and budget altogether! I’m done with Budget!!!2.0 Poor

Confused agents (local AND call center) completely dropped the ball and didn't have a car for me. After specifically requesting any car of any type except an SUV, that's all they would provide for me. Because I want to drive California with only 2 people and two small bags at 15 miles per gallon. Yeah right. I thought I would be proactive and verify the day before and two days before how about getting something that could get good gas mileage. "No problem" I was assured over and over. Cancelled my reservation, went down the street to Enterprise and paid an extra $4 a day. 2 times in a row an issue with Budget. Never again6.0 Okay

Full sized SUV per on line description states a Ford Expedition or similar. I can assure you that the Dodge Durango that I was provided does not compare in either passenger or cargo space. When transporting seven people, it would have been nice to have a vehicle capable of accommodating more than two suitcases. Either change the description in your advertising or actually provide a full size SUV. I felt I was overcharged for what I got.4.8 Mediocre

The car was not clean inside or out. The luggage compartment had to be cleaned out before I would put my equipment into it. Service was slow. Only one person was there and he was a bit surly.2.8 Poor
