From 1991 until 1993 the villa was carefully restored by the grandchildren of the builder. Our apartments can be used as flats or as private offices. They have either 1, or 2 rooms, a size between 20 and 52 m² and a comfortable arrangement for 2 people. Some apartments have a sofa which can be converted into a bed for other 2 people.
