Friendly staff. Quiet location. Clean. Good breakfast.
This hotel is set away from traffic, and thus provides a very secure feeling. It is very comfortable with great parking. Also, the very well-regarded Outlook Restaurant is close by.
Just awesome. The management and housekeeping were 'on point.' Great value. I'd definitely stay there again.
Ice machine broken and breakfast was good but not a lot of healthy choices.
Very friendly staff and tidy
The room was a bit small
Clean rooms, nice breakfast, clean facility with good parking.
The night hotel desk girl was fighting with her boyfriend in the main lobby, screaming at him. I watched this as me and my 2 kids were walking up to grab some hot chocolate in the main lobby.
location was good, right off the highway.
rooms were smoking, was told they were sold out for the night and not a single room to switch to. we had an asmatic child with us and they werent able to give us another room. It absolutely stunk in there. didn't think hotels had smoking room any more.
Check in was easy. Staff was helpful and very friendly. The breakfast was good with many choices.
A jetted tub or hot tub or pool would have been nice but overall a great experience. I will DEFINITELY book there again.
The walls seamed to be a bit thin.we had a baby keep us up from about.three or so till they left for checkout. But the room was great
things were as expected--nice
hotel was great but not in the area I selected on the map. I stopped in an area, went online, and was accepted 8 miles back from where I had already traveled. So I had to back track and then retrace in the morning
Easy access to freeway, yet quiet. Nice local restaurant over the hill.
A pool or jacuzzi would have been nice.
The person working at the front counter was not very nice. THE REST WAS very good. Len and sylvie
The room was very clean, comfortable & spacious.
Beds were great, and room was super quiet. Definitely clean and well kept!
Worst tv i have seen in a hotel in 10 years. Three floors and only one working ice machine on the first floor. Breakfast was at best average. Staff stood together in the breakfast area and talked loudly so we couldn't hear the tv.
This is not a 3 star hotel it is a 2 at best
hall narrow and long, and hotel is ols
The shower was clean, spacious
The Internet service is very poor, the room was dark, not sufficient light, rooms on the 1st floor are very noisy, and the smell of the breakfast bacon wakes you up - very poor isolation.
I was very dissatisfied. Online it shows. They have a pool and refrigerators In the room. And the pool hasn't been built yet. The Show the plans for the pool in there lobby.if I would have Known in advance. I would have chosen another location.
I'm glad I shelled out $$ more ($$$ total including tax) than I had originally planned for spending a night at a hotel midway between North Carolina and Vermont on I-81. The room and bedding were clean and well appointed. I had Internet access and HBO. The staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about local restaurants, gas stations, etc. They even saved my personal pillow that I had inadvertently left in the room so that I could pick it up on my return trip south. Although the motel isn't right off of I-81, it is only two miles away and easy to find (up one exit off of I-80). A decent (and free) breakfast in the morning started me on my way and saved me from having to search for one elsewhere. Free newspapers at the front desk.
everything was great. the room, the staff, the continental breakfast. very clean!
