Good service, great location, nice rooms
Very helpful, friendly and accommodating.
Some rooms where a little hard to find.
The staff was really nice and they mailed me the phone charger I'd forgotten in the room. Appart from that it's a big hotel a bit south of the center, rooms were really nice, breakfast OK.
You can hear anybody passing in the corridor from the room door closed... From little chit chat during the day to the groups returning from a good night out at night.
Pleasant staff, convenient location, comfortable hotel.
Price of breakfast!
location very good
room 525 has to be the noisest room i have ever stayed in. like a constant loud air conditioning unit about to blow up
The hotel is (located in a peaceful area and) within walking distance of city center and there's secure private parking for residents and 24hr petrol station directly across the road from the hotel.
No airconditioning in the rooms...not usually a problem in Ireland is Irish weather tends to be cold. However, the weekend I stayed, it was very sunny and the lack of aircon was very much noticed!
It was close to the city centre and close to where the conference was held. Some of the restaurant staff were extremely nice and they offered a personalised service. The food was very good despite being a 3 star hotel.
The hotel needs some maintenace in the corridors. The lobby area and restaurant seemed recently done though.
