location good. next to public transport
our key was missing when we arrived, this was a bit of hassel
Always love these apartments, great location and comfort.
Room wasnt ready when arrived had to wait around city till 3:30pm, this has only been once I have had this issue. Housekeeping dealt with as soon as I contacted the office that apt wasnt done yet.
Location is fantastic! Have stayed in these apartments a few times now and have never had any major problems :) will continue to stay here.
Having a kitchen
The unit had extremely poor ventilation. It was very dirty, kitchen utensils and dishes were in-adequate (cracked and chipped plates and bowls), no serving bowls etc. Water system was very noisy. Turn on a faucet and you hear all manner of mechanical sounds. Mattress in the master bedroom was completely and totally uncomforatable and needs replacement. All in all a very disappointing visit.
I liked the location.
I thought the hotel could do with some maintanence, main area of concern was the bathroom which had tiles falling of the wall around the bath area, obviously letting water to seep to the floor. A plumber arrived to inspect our bathroom as the people in the apartment below had a leak through their ceiling from our bathroom.
cleanliness of the apartment and the closeness to restaurants.Nice area. You were allowed to keep your baggage at reception after checking out.Staff were friendly.
No locked area for baggage.Apartment in need of a paint and the shower curtain spelt.
You are walking distance from the shops etc,
I thought they were a fair price for what we got.
The only surprise was when we arrived at the hotel we were then told to walk 5 minutes through Dublin to find our room. As it was 2330 hours this wasn't that easy.
