The location was great
The ac was loud and the room smelled like animal urine, phone did not work , iron was dirty and breakfast was mediocre
Quite room. Frendly service. Overall Avery nice motel.
The room was dated. Bathroom was old. Sheets and towels were clean.
Water puddles in passage ways. Could have been swept away. Ice machine looked prett dirty.
The staff was great.
We were checked into a room with one bed when we paid for two. We were extremely tired after driving all day and didnt want to move again, so we just kept he room. The breakfast was not fresh. Cold oatmeal, stale cold coffee... It was obviously refrigerat
filthy ~~ cockroaches in our room ~ bathroom was filthy: 1st room had about 5-6 inch crack in it; 2nd room upon request had exposed fiberglass in the bathtub and had dirt on the edge up against the tub. Trashcans were overflowing with cats in the trash.
Clean adverage room without any basic toiletries but you can ask for them. Does have a coffee pot, blow dryer, Cable Tv, micro, and mini fridge. Outdoor swimming would have been good if I wasn't so late and needing to leave early.
The breakfast bar was not stocked. Several people had to ask mgmt bwfore they would make more coffee. No juice, pastries were empty, waffle maker was on too high so both waffles were browned to a crisp too hard to eat. Had to get food somewhere else.
Convenience on/off Hwy. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was sufficient. Housekeeping was good.
Needed some work. Bathroom had mold. some things had a lot of wear. Still a good room for the money. Really no complaints.
Room was satisfactory; we had to clean bathroom before using it.
The outside lights attracted so many bugs - we had to run to our room. Then use a towel once inside to kill the bugs that came in. They were in my hair - NASTY!
If I were Ramada Worldwide I would be embarrassed to have my company name on this utterly disgusting motel. First off the place was bug infested - crickets, spiders and other unidentifiable bugs. When I was getting the bed ready for my 3 year old daughter - there was a huge cricket right there on the headboard staring me right in the face. The sheets were dirty, the toilet was not clean, the towels did not smell fresh. The room was supposed to be non-smoking and reaked of smoke. The air conditioning did not work - in Texas this is not a good thing - especially in the summer. It was cooler outside than it was in my room. In the morning when my 5 year old son was walking across the room he stepped on a spider the size of a nickel - while we were looking at what he stepped on we saw two more crickets hopping through the bed sheets. With not too many options of places to stay in Eastland and having two terribly tired children I had no option but to stay. I did not sleep at all for fear of the bugs that may crawl over my family. \n \nUpon my departure I asked for my money back. Without much arguement I was able to get 50% off of my night stay. I do not feel that I should be paying for the night at all. The room rate with tax was approximately $*. Are you kidding me - this place was worth nothing in my opinion. I will not recommend this dump to anyone. I would not stay here if it were the last place on the face of the Earth!!!!!
New owners and they have let it fall apart, Tve did not work along with half of the lights in room. 4 foot tear in carpet in room. Will not stay again.
This hotel has taken a huge downturn. Bugs in the room, behind the door, tears in the carpet, front desk wouldn't answer the phone, wake up call didn't come through. Will not stay again.
