Breakfast was great and people were super nice
Nothing to dislike
I rented the King Suite; and although it was nice and clean, it was pretty small for a suite. The breakfast was good. Nice and quiet.
I had to track someone down for check in, and the check in guy was hanging out in the laundry room chatting it up with the maids. Check in was at 3:00, I check into my room at 3:45 and a maid is still cleaning my room and REFUSED to leave.
The hotel is less than 5 years old with slightly upscale public areas and rooms. We were surprised by the EXTREMELY comfortable bed and a larger-than-usual hotel room fridge. King rooms come with a sofa bed that is semi-partitioned from the sleeping area.
The towels were brittle. (Yes: brittle; the towels RIP.) The hotel's location (behind another hotel) isn't easy to find and it lacks a pool, though we knew that when we booked. Options in the free breakfast aren't as extensive as what competitors offer.
It was clean, updated, no pet fees, and the check in and staff were amazing.
The breakfast wasn't all that great.
It was very clean and cozy easy on off to highway
Breakfast was only until 9 am
This hotel deserve's more than 2.5 stars. I give it 4.5 stars.
The mattress was a little uncomfortable. The rest was very nice. The price of this hotel should offer more breakfast options.
Friendly helpful staff. Clean room. Comfortable bed. Easy check in and check out. Perfect for business overnight.
It was close to our destination, and there were local restaurant that were close.
Was close to my destination.
Elevator broke during my entire visit. Mold on the shower tiles. Breakfast horrible. (Coffee cold & orange juice tasted sour)
The room was clean except for a puddle of water around the toilet
The people in the adjacent room made a racket. The desk clerk did nothing about it. Finally at 1:am I pounded on their wall and they stopped
The convenience if being right off 95
The air quality in the room seemed a little stuffy
pretty ugly: there were bugs in the room breakfast has very limited poor poor
ugly: bugs in the room were present ugly smell in hallways breakfast buffet has very poor choice
the hotel itself is OK for the price breakfast is awful
front desk was friendly and free breakfast and internet
the room smelled and the air conditioner was noisy. The smell is from the bedding and mattress. and the rug. The room could use a deep clean and shampoo. WHen was the last time the comforter on the bed was washed??
the noise. the wall is too thin you can almost hear conversation from next room. also the aircon is so annoying. turns on and off very loudly.
They did not use fitted sheets on the beds, and the housekeeping staff did not know how to properly use flat sheets instead. No snack machines of any kind. No coke products
Room was clean and quiet.
Missed not having a pool for this star level!
Nothing impressed us during our stay.
No one at desk when we arrived. Several times after we arrived desk was vacant. Just seemed like there was no attention to customer service.
We stayed at La Quinta Inn because it is near our children, but out of the noise of too many people setting up a big 3rd bithday bash for a little princess. We loved the bed and the quiet of this place.
Nice hotel for price. Good Breakfast bar for free. Room clean and neat.
My son and I stayed for one night. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were extremely helpful.
Perfect for the stopover to/from travel on the East Coast! Close to the higheay and a variety of restaurants to choose from. Pets welcome too!
As i stepped into the lobby of this brand new hotel, the friendly desk clerks welcomed us with their warm greetings. I was on a family trip heading to New York from NC. We were all exhausted driving for a long time. The frontdesk clerk gave us bottles of water and with the fast and efficient check in, he asked us if we need any reccomendations to restaurants then he directed us to our rooms. This hotel great to pets, they have beautiful grass area to walk around our pets because along with us we also had two german shepherds. We really liked the room layout with pull couch for our kids and also refrigerator and microwaves made it easy for us to keep our foods fresh. The extra comfi cloud 9 beds were really comfortable. Very very nice hotel, the newest and best hotel in edgewood!
I stayed at this hotel from May 22, 2009 through May 30th. The hotel is immaculately maintained. The staff is friendly and accomodating. The room was clean and comfortable. There were plenty of breakfast choices from cereal to hot waffles. I had a small dog with me, and there was plenty of grassy area to walk him. There is a large sitting area adjacent to the lobby with two large screen televisions. This was a working vacation for my wife and I, and we always looked forward to coming back to the hotel at the end of the day to a clean, comfortable, friendly environment.
