This hotel hhas greast character. It is what you see on the tin and the staff were so very helpful. One member in particular who was from Poland was very very helpful and a genuine very pleasant and friendly individual who made our stay more memorable by showing genuine interest in us.
No this was a quiet, comfortable but basic place to stay.
We were only booked for one night, staff were helpful. Room was suitable for our needs.
The hotel was quiet clean and the staff were helpful. It is only ten minutes walk from Murrayfield Stadium, so it is excellent for rugby fans.
Nothing really. There is no restaurant and it is a longish walk to the main eating places, but that is not really any hardship.
The room is very neat and clean, and the breakfast is ok. It's near Haymarket railway station, so the location is ok.
Lot of steps to climb to my room when I was already very tired.
The hotel had an unusual and appealing Indian theme. The room was basic, but functional and served its purpose for overnight accommodation after the Heineken Cup Final at Murrayfield which is very close by.
There was no bar or TV lounge and no Sky Sports on the TV in the room. Normally these features would not be relevant for a hotel of this type, but when a basic twin room for bed and continental breakfast is £140, my expectations were raised for additional benefits.
It was quirky.
Very near to several bus routes. Novel Indian decor.
No full breakfast option, only continental. Breakfast room has very low chairs.
Original idea - something different from your typical B&B
Why all the plug sockets in the room???
Noisy boiler or something upstairs disturbing sleep
