Was pretty cheap and close enough to our destination of Starved rock.
'Breakfast' options very limited. Cereal or toast. Im a nurse and nutrition is important to me . We went across the way to Woody's per the staff's recommendations and found much better options. But if breakfast is included. Might as well make it good.
Staff was friendly and everything was clean
The pool temperature was chilly and there wasn't a hot breakfast. However, it was an excellent deal for the price.
Close to busy 39 and the more scenic old 151 that we were traveling, this hotel was very clean and centrally located to several small Illinois towns we were exploring i.e. El Paso, Minonk, Woodford. Staff was nice and helpful. Woody's restaurant is just across the street and was very good inexpensive homestyle cooking. Giovanni's pizza in El Paso is excellent.
Very convenient to I-39 and restaurants.
Although the rooms are slightly dated, the hotel is clean and comfortable.
