Cons:
They told us our appointment was at 12, but the store closed at 12. When we got there a couple minutes late (thinking we wouldn’t even be allowed to pick up the car early) they were closed and we had to go somewhere else to rent a car. Very stressful and disappointing.Payless

I showed up to the airport Hertz desk at O'Hare airport only to be told that, not only is the Stone Park Hertz facility many miles from the airport but should I hire a driver to deliver me there, it would be closed for the night by the time I arrived.2.0 Poor
