A more helpful and pleasant assistance. Did not try hard for our business. Went a second time during business hours to try again and was advised no one was there for car rental. Was able to rent cheaper and excellent service with a different company.Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Staff (other than roadside assistance (please see what could have been better section), was generally friendly & helpful.Cons:
Waited way too long (well over a three quarters of an hour) at the counter for pick up. Surely Budget must have at least a rough idea of how many renters will be at the counter at any given time, and should staff accordingly? Car had a tire pressure issue. Roadside phone assistance was useless. Operator was clueless. Ended up having to drive 30 miles each way to exchange the car. No compensation for gas or my time whatsoever.9.6 Wonderful

Car condition at pickup could have been handled better. Passenger side had been sideswiped from front to back when I picked it up. This was not conveyed completely and correctly. Person at pick-up didn’t seem to have the documented condition in the record. Also gas cap was very broken when I picked it up.9.6 Wonderful
