Needs some updating but certainly fine for a few nights stay.
Great location off I-81.
Room was clean. Carpet needed to be replaced.
I loved this place. I'd give it 3 stars instead of 2. Very spacious, nicely arranged suite with sitting area and bar. Generous and abundant free breakfast; the best of our 5 weeks road trip.
The room was modest, but suitable for what I needed. Did have free wifi. The price was very reasonable. The desk staff was extremely cordial and helpful. The morning desk person even allowed me a late check out. The free breakfast was very convenient.
The outdoor pool
Poor maintenance in the room, especially the bathroom
The location was good, friendly helpful staff, the rooms were nicely designed and laid out.
The carpets in all the rooms of people in our group were stained and disgusting. At a time when room rates much higher than normal were being charged, it would seem to be very important to have everything at its best. Rooms were also not cleaned until 5
Cleaning staff doesn't do a complete job for extended stay guests
The window bench and all of the mirrors
The pool was not great and hasn't been inspected in forever. Also you could hear threw the walls alot.
Room was dirty. Top of tables had dirt on then. No iron and phone was not working. There were no towels we had to get them from front desk. Box spring had molds type of things. Not happy at all.
Location, parking, front desk staff, break fast etc.
Dirty room, there were dust all over top of the mini-refregerator and micro wave. Did not get cleaned in 3 days during my stay. Cleaned it myself on second day.
staff was very friendly.
room floor was dirty and dusty.
clean rooms and friendly staff
nothing that I can think of
Room too smallRoom not cleanNight shift receptionist extremely rude
Outdoor pool, common areas, the room
Comfortable room, and there was a fridge and microwave. It just needed to have the bathroom cleaned.
Bathroom had not been cleaned, and there were no toiletries. Had to ask for them at front desk and was informed of several other people complaining of rooms not clean.
Staff mistakes and customer service
ho t water towEls work extra hardwork extra hard
Staff is friendly.
I have stayed at this hotel twice. 1st time no hotwater, heater did not work. 2nd time no room key because none worked. Also breakfast is continental not full. There are no food places close by.
Breakfast, price, cleanliness
Paper thin walls, sheets didn't fit, direct TV was ridiculous to figure out,
No smoking inside this Microtel .. . . . and we are in Pennsylvania. Gott im Himmel. The Gods frown on us Amish!!!
Appearance and decor were nice. Staff was very friendly.
we did not have hot water for one of the two days we stayed. Breakfast was continental not a full breakfast. Heat/AC did not work properly. no temperature control. Issue was reported but not addresBeds were stiff, but that is a personal preference.
Proximity to the highway. Price.
When we arrived at 1:00am, we were told that the room we booked was not available because housekeeping had not prepared it. I had not been mailed about this. We needed 2 beds, and were told they only had single rooms.
Management took care of all issues to satisfaction at checkout.
staff very friendly and helpful
room carpet stained and shabby.
Location was good, staff was friendly, room was clean.
Check-in troubles (given a room key for an already in-use room). Then first key given didn't work, had to ride the slow elevator back down for another.
