Pros:I liked nothing about my experience with Enterprise. I will never do business with them again.Cons:Potentially having my car at the location it was reserved would be a start? When we got to the service counter it was closed directing people downstairs. When I got down there the Enterprise Agent Tyler told me my car/reservation was at another Enterprise location. He then proceeded ignore any and all followup questions I had and instead proceeded to talk to customers behind me as if I didn't exist. I've honestly never been treated so poorly in my life. Avis had my in a car 30 minuets later. Never again will I even consider Enterprise, such an awful company to close the entire service desk and direct people through one terrible agent.Reviewed May 13 2021

Cons:Location was not open for business that the rental was matched to and had a confirmed reservation for. Drove all the way to location to find it closed down. UPDATE YOUR DATA. Wasted my morning and then had to find another rental on short notice.Reviewed May 10 2020

Pros:They were extremely helpful and accommodatingCons:The website allowed me to reserve a car for a 4pm pickup at a location that closed at 4pm. luckily the rental car folks at the airport were accommodating even though it ended up costing about 56 more dollars.Reviewed Nov 10 2019
