Pros:The staff was very kind and helpful.Cons:They seemed to be short staffed on the day of pickup. There was a long line when I got there. However, it didn't take a really long time. I had difficulty reaching the Somerset office by phone. I was on hold for over 20 min.Reviewed Jul 2 2019
