Sami the Manager is AWESOMEPros:I have been in Napa Valley for 6 months and have rented cars from Enterprise 6 different occasions. Sami was always pleasant and professional. That is a very busy car rental office and every time I was there it was busy and Sami and her Staff where always happy and eager to accommodate. YOU can always tell when a location has a good leader by the way the Staff treats their guests and their attitude. Kayak is misleading consumersCons:When offering driver protection, you think you are buying it from enterprise. But you are actually buying it on kayaks website separate from the rental car purchase. This is misleading because you think you are buying it from Enterprise when you are not. This is misleading at best and deceptive at worst. The CFPB should examine this practice. Note, this is not enterprise’s fault, this is kayaks poor customer experience.Reviewed Oct 14 2018

Nice weekly rates to escapePros:I like that they are friendly helpful and very patient with the customers. Also if they don’t have what your looking for they upgrade you for free.Cons:The only thing I was not to happy about was the nice upgrade they gave us was not so clean. Cons:I was charged for use through Monday but asked for use through Sunday. The charge is incorrect and not what was agreed to. I only asked to have the car one day and one way on my kayak reservation but they said I had to take it for my entire stay and changed the reservation after I booked on kayak and I was stuck at the airport if I didn't agree to have them rent it to me for my entire stay. Easy pick up/drop off- but received dirty car!Pros:The staff was nice, and the pick up and drop off was easy. Liked the straight forward service about the fees and charges.Cons:I received a filthy car. When I got home from picking it up, I noticed that the back seat had smoothie or throw up? spilled all over the seats and in the cracks. Disgusting. It was to the point it was dried up so it took me some scrubbing to get it clean. I was on a strict time limit, and so driving back into town to switch out the car would set me back longer, and my family was at my house waiting to leave for our trip. From there I noticed that there was crumbs and pieces of pretzels all on the floor and in the seat cracks also. This is when I realized that the car was not cleaned before renting it to me. The inside of the doors were dirty and had drip marks on them. I was very upset and called the rental place to let them know, at this point I was already 60 min late from leaving as I had to clean the car, therefore we got a late start on leaving for LA and hit major traffic. Not a very pleasant experience. I have never been so grossed out and couldn't believe no one noticed that the car was this dirty and to rent it out like that! Yikes!Reviewed Oct 7 2017

Good experience for usPros:When the car we wanted wasn't available, we retrieved a free upgrade to a car that worked out well. They addressed and solved a problem with the billing quickly and to our satisfaction.Cons:We were completely satisfied with their service and the car we rented.Reviewed Aug 29 2017

Falsely AccusedPros:Check in was great, they were very nice. Dale, the gentleman who set me up with the car, noticed some damage on the front and said he would "give us a discount" if we were ok taking the car as is. We trusted him and said ok.Cons:When we turned the car in, Dale flagrantly lied and claimed to have no knowledge of the "discount" OR the damage, which he neglected to document. We are being held liable for the damage we in no way were responsible for. Feels almost criminal. I would NEVER rent a car here again and we have filed a complaint against Dalen Jones with Enterprise.Reviewed Aug 22 2017
