I was totally unaware of the drop off arrangements at Santiago. I thought I was leaving the car at the railway station car park. After I parked the car, gathered up my luggage and walked up several flights of stairs to the Enterprise office, a notice on the door indicated I would have to park the car somewhere else, then carry my luggage back to the Enterprise office to drop off the key. I also had to pay to exit the railway station car park. This all added a significant amount of time and effort to the journey.Reviewed May 25 2024

I really liked the way this car handled. I've had others before that were hard and one that legroom was so tight I banged my knee twice and couldn't walk for a week afterwards but unless you try them out you will never know, will you?Reviewed May 24 2024

Car was picked up with damaged and was noted in the contract but still being charged for the damage of over $2K. Called and was routed to multiple departments with many phone calls. It hasn’t been resolved yet. We have videos and photos as proofs that the damages were there before we checked out the car. Very bad customer servicesReviewed May 23 2024
