Pros:Having a kiosk with people in the garage to check me in, though it wasn't clear whom to see.Cons:Confusing drop-off, not well or clearly indicated. And this review label says the drop-off was in Norfolk, but it was actually at the airport in Newport News, VA.Reviewed Nov 12 2018

Cons:I wasn't able to rent from your company because I do t have a credit card. I have a Debit card but was told that wouldn't work.
