Cons:The type of car I paid for wasn't available. They offered an alternative which was old and beat up. They were unwilling to upgrade me as supposedly the upgrades cost more than I was worth,even though I've rented with the same agency many times in the past. Went to another Enterprise agency down the road...the experience was even much much worse. I'm switching to Avis, after being a faithful Enterprise customer for many years.Reviewed Jan 14 2019

In and out in 10 mins. good car selection and convenient and easy to maneuver lot. High marks!Cons:Mexico daily insurance is only sold at an Enterprise location in San Diego airport.
