Pros:The staff was friendly and helpful
Cons:People loitering and smoking marijuana. The room spelled of cigarette smoke despite being non smoking
Pros:Room was clean and updated.
Cons:Parking was atrocious. Staff was rude and preoccupied with Snapchat (literally)
Pros:the hotel was clean and the pool area was clean. the staff for housekeeping was very nice. the wifi was great. the breakfast was good. the price you pay is exactly what you get.
Cons:the way the tv is program to shut off every 45 min. it is ridiculous . the front desk is terrible. they have no answers and refuse to try to get answers.
Pros:Rooms were newly done and clean.Staff was pleasant and nice,also had a swimming pool outside and only 25-30min downtown San Diego,loved the stay for the amount of money!
Cons:The toilet : it was so hard to flash..

Cons:Everything about this place spells disaster. Right next to homeless shelter, bus station, goodwill and detention center all within no more than 1 mile in a circle around this place… In the morning breakfast place where you get the "continental" breakfast - horrible food, there is toilet right next to the counter where the food is and the homeless people come in there all morning long and take a poop in the restroom and stink up the breakfast counter food and the entire room - makes you wanna throw up literally…no good run and believe all the crappy reviews!!!! CHECK YELP REVIEWS…...
Cons:The AC was very loud, and the curtains covered the wall unit. Also, there were ants all over the bathroom.
Pros:I liked that it was in a good location.
Cons:The room we stayed in was horrible. The air condition did not work, room smelled like mold. My husband and I went to take a shower and there was no hot water. When I called the front desk, I was told sorry about that miss let me turn on the hot water. When I also talked to the front desk about the air conditioner I was told there is nothing that can be done right now the maintenance man is not here to fix it. I also complained about the smell and was told that there are no rooms available right now. The next day I complained again about the air conditioner and the smell. The front desk employee said that the maintenance man is still not here to fix it so since a room opened up he can move us to another room. When we moved to the other room it was nice the room smelled great and the air conditioner worked. The only problem with that room is that it had ants all over the counters and in the bathroom. My husband and I thought we would try to relax by getting in the hot tub. The hot tub was colder than the swimming pool. The hot tub also smelled really bad. Our trip was horrible. This trip was supposed to be a get away from our kids and relax. But because of the hotel and all of the problems we had with the room it ruined our trip. I will never stay at this hotel again and I don't recommend anyone else to stay there either.
