It is very clean.
The building is too complex. Some rooms are renovated and have nice furniture and others are old. ( In return of the same fee I got a small and old room whereas my father had a big and modern, new one. My room should have been cheaper )
Friendly staff, clean, good breakfast & special game room for Spielmesse guests.
There should have been free wireless internet access in the room.
The game room in 2nd floor was excellent, thank you! One thing that would have made it even better is having the tables waited, even once per hour. Now if you wanted something you had to go down to restaurant yourself.
The only one who had free rooms.
It was too expencive. I live a lot in simular hotels in Berlin which has a better standard and fare lower prices, even in the high traffic.
You have to pay for everything. Internet is 8 euros each hour, free in the lobby but only for 30'.
Good buffet breakfast, though could be a bit crowded. The Bistro was nice for dinner and good beer.
Was a bit of a long walk from the front door to my room.
every one was courteous and prompt
Hotel did not have air conditioner. This is necessary during summer.
Quiet and Internet connexion
Very helpful and friendly staff
I realise that the hotel was very busy, but the breakfast room was too small for the number of guests. On the last day I could not have breakfast because despite waiting there were no available tables.
I was served a bad meal in the restaurant (a lamb dish - the lamb was very old and stale), but the waiter recovered well by taking it away and bringing giving me another choice. I never did get an apology from the Chef about the lamb. I happen to be in the Customer Service and Hospitality business as well.
