Price and location.
The towels were a little thin, but, what the heck, the price was right.Good value for the money.
The location is great. Restaurants, fast food and shopping within walking distance. Less than 5 miles from Travis AFB. The bed was very comfortable.
The room was dirty. Found underclothes behind the curtains. Food on the walls and cutrains. The carpet was not vacuumed. Coffee pot dirty. Bathroom dirty. Shower mold on the tub. Dirt and hair around base of toilet. Dust everywhere. Cobwebs in the cornersThey have people living at the hotel. Drug deals going on in the parking lot. The live in residence would call or knock on your door at all hours. The managers never came out of their room. The lobby was always locked. The house keeper would wash your towels and return them, but would not offer to clean. They advertise coffee and tea. When I asked for tea, I was told that they didn't offer it and I would have to buy my own. The mini fridge was leaking and ice build up. The microwave was dirty and smelled. Was in Fairfield to spend some time with my son who's stationed at Travis AFB. The Hotel was close to the base.
Rooms were old and dirty, had a bad smell. I awaken one morning with a roach in bed with me, sucked. No cleaning person while I was there. This hotel is cheaper than some others in the area- but it's not worth it. Pay the extra cash and get a better room.
No chain or bar on the door, dirty floor, broken faucet in tub area with challenging shower, tub didn't drain well, electrical outlets were so loose that my charger & hot rollers wouldn't stay plugged in.There was a lamp with 2 outlets and only one worked. It was just creepy. I thought it looked like the kind of place you'd see in an episode of CSI. Being a woman traveling alone, I was nervous and didn't sleep well. I would not stay again, and I will be traveling to Fairfield frequently.
It was clean and staff was was tenative.
No.For the price it was very good, it was actually quite.
