I've stayed multiple times at this location. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are clean, and the hotel is in a great location. I will definitely be back
Good location and friendly staff clean room
I liked the easy check-in. Checked in onlinel and was asked the expected time of arrival and desired room accomodations. Request for a quiet room was granted!! Upon our arrival, the front desk staff was very professional and helpful. My daughter and I absolutely loved it. Thank you, Maria Ortega
Can't say anything negative about my stay.
Great deal on the room!
No carts to help get your stuff from the car to the room! Crazy..
I didn't like the shout and loud noises coming from the hall ways and neighboring family.
Front service/check in could be more friendly. Hotel is more a business hotel.
I had a bad stay
All around fantastic deal. Staff was friendly and beds were comfy.
Even though we had a print out of our confirmation from Kayak, the front desk had no record of our reservation. Mehmet the manager, was very pleasant and efficient in fixing the problem and getting checked in. I don know if the error was Kayak's or the hotel's, but it was not a happy way to begin our stay. Meh met and all the staff were very friendly and accommodating.
The main entrance revolving door was out of order. We were promised a &5 voucher for not requiring maid service during our two-day stay but this never materialized.
Staff helpful and friendly
carpets needed replaced. prices for breakfast in restaurant outrageous. Noise from highway at night.
The staff is very courtesy and helpful. The rooms were nice , clean, and have a contemporary style.
Sheet s were dirty, toilet was leaking and TV was not working.
Very nice staff. Good facilities. The location was excellent. The breakfast was quite good. Parking was plentiful.
This is an old building that used to be a Ramada Inn, if memory serves. The AC unit was too loud. Drinks in the bar were exorbitantly high ($15 for a dry martini, $22 for a single malt scotch). I can understand high bar prices, but these were through the stratosphere. If you'd like a drink, I recommend visiting one of the many near-by bars surrounding Tysons Corner.
