The room was dingy , dark, and musty. I was given incorrect directions to the room from the front desk
Location is very good and close to everywhere. We actually walked to the queen island ferry.
Room is not very clean and smells a little bit.
Bathroom had mold around tub in caulk. Called front desk and nothing was done to clean it. Carpet had water stains. Room had foul odor. Hotel was overrated by other users.
Friendly and accommodating staff. Food just ok. Much prepackaged for breakfast.
As noted above comment about breakfast food.
Location was good nice bartender in lounge
Front desk disorganized slow service
I travel every week, and this was the worst Holiday Inn I've ever stayed at. Paint was peeling off outside walls, first room had a leak in bathroom ceiling, water pouring onto toilet. Next room, water had got carpet wet around A/C.
Very noisy neighbors.
Great location!! And incredibly affordable considering the area. Strongly recommend!
The room was clean. Internet and phone was in and out as we were on the bottom floor.Parking was great. Check in was without a problem.
The staff was very nice. The breakfast buffet was very nice. Its very convenient for going to Martha's Vineyard. It was ok for our weekend stay.
It is under construction . New rugs and updates being done. Its a older hotel .
There were cobwebs in the room..and we had to pay for a microwave.
Incredibly service oriented at every step of the way. They even locked up our bikes in a room and had them waiting for us the next morning. The hotel is incredibly well managed. It was like a 5 star hotel without the attitude.
staff was very friendly
Clean room, comfortable bed, close to center of Falmouth
Not a problem .. But areas under construction
Quiet and spacious. Just what I wanted.
the tub wouldn't drain. had to shower in a bath.
The staff went out of their way to be helpful.
No bottled water available. Staff member went out of her way to get us two bottles, but none available at breakfast. Falmouth water is not healthy.
Nicest Holiday Inn I've been to in a long time. Worth the value. Nice staff as well! Barkeep was going to close early but he stay open just for us!
clean, nicely laid out, airy cheerful room, clean smelling
The restaurant was nice
Our room had plaster pealing on the ceiling and smelt like mildew...
The room was very nice and very clean. The pool was great too. There's a lot of very good restaurants close by. I didn't have a chance to try their restaurant but it looked nice. I would stay there again
Great, friendly staff. Easy to find. Easy parking. Love the salt water pool.
Room smelled musty but appeared clean.
The Staff was friendly and clean hotel. The bed was comfy. When you walked in the main area it was very inviting. The Rest/Bar looked very nice, but when we were leaving at 2 pm we wanted to go and watch the Patriots game but it was closed at that time
Overall we were happy!
The location and the Restaurant/Bar
You could tell it was an older hotel that had been remodeled
Close to restaurants and shopping. Close to ferry.
This hotel was close to shopping and dining. Also close to the ferry to Martha's Vineyad.
the hotel was nothing special. It was overpriced. The entire place had a funky smell. Stayed for two nights. The shower did not drain our first night, had to call for maintenance. The bathroom was old and not very clean. The coffee maker was very dirty
The smell in the room. Wait was long to sit for breakfast (not because of too many people) just no one sits you down for quite a while, then the wait for breakfast itself is very long.
Front desk person was very nice.
Smelled terrible. Like septic system had flooded carpet. I have a severe mold allergy and this place was rough.
The hotel smells really bad, from the common hallways to the room, bad odor, I was contemplating sleeping in my car because I thought I might have health issues from the air quality. The wifi kept making be log in, and was painfully slow when I was in.
It does not compare to other hotels with this star rating. Rooms smelled. Pool area being vacuumed while we were using it.
no fridge in room, no king beds available, musky smell in the room, downstairs room that felt like we were in the basement.
Our room was not cleaned well after our first night
indoor pool not appealing all you could smell in the hallways was clorine. wish the hotel had out door pool for a 3 star hotel wouldn't stay again because of this reason
The staff is its greatest asset. From the front to the back.
I thought the pricing for the breakfast buffet was high for what you got.
The staff was very friendly and the room was clean
Outdated facilities and room. Definitely not a e star
Liked the free internet; beds were nice, and room was quiet. Service wasn't good--Bad breakfast (so we only ate there once), no information on status of closed pool (took them a day to even post a 'closed' sign), bathroom amenities were hard to come by (soap and shampoo weren't resupplied once in our 4-day stay!) A combination of cost-cutting and general lack of staff interest in the actual guest experience seems to have set the place on a downward spiral.
We had a great room. It was clean, and looked new. The lobby was very attractive, and the staff helpful. I would definitely book another night there.
Staff was very friendly and helpful! Rooms were very clean and comfortable! Will be returning to stay again!
We spent two days at this hotel. Room was OK but certainly not luxurious. Service was poor. Breakfast was a slow, rude and unpleasant experience
