no fridge in room, no king beds available, musky smell in the room, downstairs room that felt like we were in the basement.Older hotel room. Average experience. The rooms smelled a bit musky and we were in a room on the lower floor which essentially felt like a basement. There was also no fridge in the room. No king beds available when we checked in (so be sure to request one at the time of booking if you really need one!). It's an older hotel and I guess you get what you pay for. Not walkable to anything because you're staying a little out of town but still within driving distance to cool things.
proximity to stores and bike paths1 Adult and 2 teens enjoyed quietness on busy labor day weekend. Nice guests also there and very helpful staff. Facility was in very good order and pool was nice amenity later at night for us. It was super easy to ride our bikes to various stores, Main St restaurants and shops, the Woods Hole bike path and to several Falmouth beaches. I would definitely recommend this Holiday Inn to others and to stay in it again.
Staff was extremely warm and helpful.
Strange layout and confusing signs. Also no ice, fridge or microwave.
Our room was not cleaned well after our first nightGreat staff helped with tickets to Martha's Vineyard.
location , and large parking lot
hallways seemed dated for the star leveloverall great place if you need to be in that corner of capecod -
indoor pool not appealing all you could smell in the hallways was clorine. wish the hotel had out door pool for a 3 star hotel wouldn't stay again because of this reason
Clean, convenient location.
Somewhat 'institutional' in appearance. Only a few rooms have a mini fridge.Nice hotel, relatively new and well kept. Staff is friendly. Not really a problem, but there is generally only one person on the desk, so if you're ckecking in when others are, you might have to be patient. Not on Main St., but most of the time that is good as you don't have to deal with slow traffic through the center of the town.
The personnel were very friendly and helpful! Breakfast was good.
No hot tub and the bedspread had a couple of spots on it. We took the spread off and the sheets were very clean! The view out the window was the parking lot.It was a very pleasant stay. I would recommend this hotel for a family or couple who like convenience and nice people.
The staff is its greatest asset. From the front to the back.
I thought the pricing for the breakfast buffet was high for what you got.I'll reiterate the staff was really strong. They were knowledgeable about the area and very pleasant.
Pool water could have been a few degrees warmerOverall what you can expect from a holiday inn, clean rooms , friendly staff & a great value.
