It is an older hotel with some issues, but overall good for the price.
There was a full-sized fridge in the room that made noise all night. The breakfast was decent and the front desk people were nicer than some other places in the area.
When we arrived to the motel, we were not aware that the water was to be turned off for several hours. We left the room to travelt within Fayetteville for some hours. When we returned, the water was shut off and did not come back on to early morning. The customer service at the Rodeway Inn was absolutely TERRIBLE!! The manager spoke very disrespectful and unethical to my sister on the phone. I was very displeased with the service that we received at this motel and expected greater servcies from a Choice Hotel. We were NOT compensated for any of the time that we were without water the entire night. I felt that there should have been some type of compensation, other than a $5.00 discount off of a future room.
Convent off I-95, price was ok. Good for a 1 night stop along 95.
Not the cleanest place, but manageable for a night.
Everyone was very friendly
My stay was 3 days and I complained that the tub had standing water when I checked in and the toilet would not flush I was told I would be moved it never happened and for 3 days of no shower or working toilet I was given 3.33 a day off my bill
Toilet ran all night.I turned the water off and when I tried to turn it back on there was no pressure. In the morning I was able to get water pressure back on. Children were running up and down the walkway until about 9 PM .I called the front desk and thedesk clerk said,'what can I do?' When I checked in he seemed to be totally disinterested in his job and it seemed to be a real effort for him. Furnishings were old and out of date.
Staff was very nice and full breakfast was great.
Rooms are ok, but outside facilities are VERY run down looking. Cracked brick & paint. Rooms have wooden sticks supplied to 'lock' the room's sliding windows closed. It looks like they are trying to fix it up, but a little too late. I'd rate ONE star.Stayed twice during a week long business trip to NC (cheapest room near FAY airport). On 1st visit, after returning from breakfast my key would not open my door. Green light went on, but latch wouldn't release. Upon reporting the problem, I was asked if I tried 'lifting up on the handle, instead of pushing down' - because everyone opens the door that way! This was a tip off to me that there are apparently known problems with the doors. Front desk came with me to the room to verify it was a latch problem and not a key card issue. They gave me a room so I could shower while they called the maintenance guy in on his day off to open the door up. O...
Easy to get to. Price. Breakfast.
Night staff kind of blah.Good stay
