Pool was not operational
The bed was very comfortable.
No complimentary breakfast.
I have no complaints about this hotel. I used to work for a Wholesale Travel Company years ago and I traveled with retail travel agents on fan trips, and stayed in five starts and three starts hotel, and this hotel gets a thumbs up.
I liked everything.
The appearance of the common area and the rooms. Attractive, clean, and comfortable.
I didn't like that the room type couldn't be changed just because we booked through Priceline even though the price was the same for a room with a king bed and one with double beds. My brother and mother had to sleep together in a king bed.
The king room is small not enough for family of 4 (2 adults, 2 young kids). Pullout couch is very small. I asked if they had something with 2 normal beds but they would not change because I booked through Priceline. They said the couch would be plenty of space. The mattress on the king bed was horrible. It was memory foam and my 6 year old said it was uncomfortable. No microwave or refrigerator in the room and nothing free for breakfast. With all the extended stay hotels near I thought this was really unusual. The room was clean but that was about the only good thing. I am glad we only had to stay one night.
the location was very close to and made it very easy to go to all the places we needed to go to and wanted to go to.the staff was great .
This property is under construction. While I was lucky enough to stay in a renovated room, it still was a construction site. Also, the ice machine on the third floor was obnoxious. Very loud and smelly. My toilet seat was loose and the toilet ran, as the flapper valve was worn out. Remember, this was a renovated room. Perhaps this will be a better experience down the road, once renovations are complete.
The staff here was great. They made us feel like family. Yes the breakfast buffet cost 7.95, but coffee and fruit was considerably less. The breakfast is so good the police officers ate there twice while we were there. I'd stay here again. It's close to the base for the military people
This hotel bills itself as ''for business travelers'', but it's a little pricey, and breakfast is $8. No bargains here. It's clean and acceptable, but too much for what you get.
